New Registration System

IU5 will be transitioning away from Coursewhere and to Wisdomwhere as our online registration system effective July 1, 2021.

Sessions prior to July 1, 2021, will be listed in Coursewhere, and sessions on or after July 1, 2021, will be in Wisdomwhere. No data was migrated between the two systems, so users for Wisdomwhere will need to create a new account. After July 1, Coursewhere will be archived UNTIL April 30, 2022, as read-only. A link to the archived Coursewhere system will be posted on this page and the current link will auto-forward to Wisdomwhere.

About Wisdomwhere

Wisdomwhere is a clean system, meaning no accounts or activity was brought forward from Coursewhere*. Registrants will need to create a new account in order to register for a session in Wisdomwhere.

For sessions listed in Wisdomwhere, links to virtual sessions will be emailed to participants in the session confirmation email. The links will also be emailed the business day prior to the session in the reminder email.

*Registrants will have access to their Coursewhere account information until April 30, 2022, in a read-only format.

Registration Procedures

Pre-registration is required in order to receive any type of credit. Credits/hours will not be awarded to unregistered attendees/walk-ins.  Participants are required to pre-register by the registration deadline, sign in to the session, fully participate, and stay for the entire session to be eligible for any hours or credits provided by the IU, including Act 48, Act 45/PIL, and paraprofessional hours.

Registration Deadlines

Face to Face Sessions

The registration deadline is two weeks prior to each session. The two week deadline allows districts time to make appropriate arrangements, such as substitutes, and the IU time to acquire required materials. If a session is cancelled, registrants will be notified via the email address listed in the registration system and presenters will follow-up with registrants to provide on-site support to our IU5 districts and charter schools as requested.

Virtual Sessions

The registration deadline is two business days prior to each session. Participants will be emailed a link to join the session the day before the session. For example, registration for a Wednesday session will close on Monday at midnight. Session registrants will receive a link to the session on Tuesday. If a session is cancelled, registrants will be notified via the email address listed in the registration system.

In order to best serve our participants, please do not share links to virtual sessions.

Attendance/Participation Procedure

  • We expect all participants to comply with our procedure of 100% attendance for Act 48 hours.
  • Partial hours will not be awarded.
  • All participants must sign the sign in sheet to be awarded Act 48 hours.

Cancellation/Refund Procedure (if applicable)

  • Over/Insufficient enrollment - 100% refund
  • Up to registration deadline - 100% refund
  • After registration deadline - 0% refund

NOTE: Sending someone in your place is not an option, nor does it free you from the cancellation policy.
No shows for any event will owe the entire fee, unless otherwise advertised.  No credit or refunds will be given.
