Transition Councils

Secondary Transition is the process of preparing students for adult life after they leave high school. It can be thought of as a bridge between school programs and the opportunities of adult life, including higher education or training, employment, independent living, and community participation.

Erie and Crawford County

The Erie Transition Council meets four times per school year at the Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit 5 and the Crawford County Transition Council meets four times per school year at the PENNCREST School District Administration Building. For more information please contact Amy Shilling, (814) 734-8386.
