The Board is pleased to announce that the annual evaluation of the Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit’s Executive Director was conducted on June 19, 2020.  A proficient rating was received.

As the Coronavirus, now labeled COVID-19, continues to spread throughout the world, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has stated that it is likely that we will see a significant rise in cases in the United States. Sound precautions and common sense will go a long way to mitigate the effects of an outbreak. To that end, the CDC and the Erie County Health Department have issued guidance regarding COVID-19.

IU5 will resume fingerprinting on a limited scheduled starting June 16, 2020.  We will be conducting fingerprinting from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday ONLY).

For the immediate future, printing will be by appointment only and there will be strict, ongoing protocol to be followed while we continue to be in COVID-19 mitigation to ensure the safety of our staff. Among the protocol includes a questionnaire that will need to be answered by customers, masks must be worn to enter the building, 6 foot social distance must be maintained at all possible times and no one but the customer (including children) being printed will be allowed in the building during the printing time.

Anyone needing to have fingerprints completed must first register and schedule an appointment with IdentoGo by either visiting www.identogo.com or calling 1 (844) 321-2124. Appointments are not made directly with IU5.
