OCDEL has compiled these documents to provide users with background, research, and ideas to improve and enhance transition practices.  It is intended to provide samples and documents that can be modified or adapted to meet the needs of our specific program.   It was designed to support school districts' focus on transition in to Kindergarten and from Kindergarten to 1st grade.
